At Ledisa, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
